Defending Constitutional Rights in New Brunswick
NB Water First Inc. Seeks Court Injunction

 New Brunswick citizens protecting their right to clean air, clean water, their health and property and a future for their children are under siege by the government of New Brunswick.

 New Brunswick citizens have not been consulted nor have they given permission to the NB Government to allow leasing of their land for unconventional shale oil and gas exploration or development.

 It is the position of the concerned citizens of New Brunswick that unconventional shale oil and gas operations will irreparably damage their environment now and for future generations. This concern is corroborated by numerous scientific studies of the existing unconventional shale oil and gas industry elsewhere.

 The New Brunswick Water First Inc. in association with the New Brunswick Anti-Shale Gas Alliance (NBASGA) is asking for your finical support to bring science before the court system to defend all New Brunswickers and to obtain an injunction against the NB Government to stop further development of unconventional shale oil and gas.
